Cardio equipment includes next-generation treadmills with integrated sled-push and parachute training functionality, elliptical trainer, an infinite stepper, SkiErg and spin bikes offering immersive 1Rebel classes.

Strength facilities feature an Olympic rack, Smith machine, dual adjustable pulley and a complete cable system including low row and lat pulldown, alongside dedicated chest press, shoulder press, leg press, leg extension, leg curl, adductor/abductor machines and plate-loaded seated bicep curl.

A comprehensive free weights and functional area provides dumbbells from 2kg–40kg, kettlebells from 4kg–24kg, medicine balls, slam balls, dip bars and Roman chair - allowing for both traditional strength work and performance-focused training.

Our gym is open:

• Monday to Friday: 6:00am – 9:00pm

• Saturday & Sunday: 7:00am – 8:30pm

We remain open as usual on Bank Holidays.
