Indoor Padel and Golf Facility Approved
We are delighted to announce that planning permission has been granted for a brand new Indoor Padel and Golf Facility at Laceby Manor. This significant investment marks the next stage in the evolution of the estate and will further enhance the sporting and leisure experiences available to both guests and the local community.
Designed to complement our existing golf, spa, fitness and accommodation offering, the new facility will become a vibrant hub for year round sport, activity and connection in Lincolnshire.
A New Hub for Sport and Social life
Spanning more than 1,000 square metres, the facility will be a modern, welcoming space designed for players, visitors and spectators alike. It will include:
Two indoor padel courts for year round play in all seasons
A relaxed café for post game refreshments and socialising
Contemporary changing rooms finished to a high standard
A premium golf retail shop featuring leading brands
A central welcome point for resort guests and visitors
Whether arriving for a match, browsing the latest equipment, or simply stopping in for coffee, the facility will offer an energetic yet relaxed environment at the heart of the estate.
Open to Members and Non Members
The Indoor Padel and Golf Facility will be open to everyone. Membership will not be required to access the facilities, reflecting our belief that sport should be social, inclusive and accessible.
We hope the facility will encourage people of all ages and abilities to get active, discover padel, and enjoy a new space to meet and spend time together.
Supporting Local Jobs and the Local Economy
Construction is expected to begin in spring, with completion targeted for later in 2026. Wherever possible, the project will involve local contractors and suppliers, supporting businesses within the region.
The development will also create new employment opportunities during construction and once the facility opens.
Why Padel
Padel is one of the fastest growing sports in the world, combining elements of tennis and squash in a format that is easy to learn and highly sociable. Participation continues to rise across the United Kingdom, and indoor courts will allow play throughout the year regardless of weather.
We are proud to be bringing this exciting sport to Laceby Manor and to creating one of the UK’s leading destinations for padel.
Looking Ahead
Commenting on the approval, resort owner Roger Burnett said
“We are delighted to receive approval for the new indoor padel facility. It will be a fantastic addition to our facilities and will be available to both the local community and visiting guests. We hope to have it open by the middle of 2026.”
This development represents another step in our long term vision for Laceby Manor, continuing to invest in exceptional facilities while preserving the welcoming atmosphere that defines the estate.
We look forward to sharing progress updates and to welcoming players to the courts in 2026.
