Our cryo treatments take place in a treatment room on a comfortable massage bed. We use super-cooled and purified air down to -30°C from our cryotherapy machine during our treatments to promote a whole host of benefits, which you may find below.
DE-PUFFING CRYO Energy FACIAL
Cryotherapy uses cooled, purified air, which has an outstanding revitalising and energising effect on the skin. Inspired by whole body cryotherapy, this treatment will increase microcirculation in the skin to reduce puffiness and detoxify. Perfect for the night owl or jet-lagged traveller to help their skin counteract pollution and everyday aggressors, the De-puffing Cryo Facial will brighten the skin by increasing oxygen flow. Created to work with the Cryo machine, this treatment is a true gymnastic workout for the skin like no other. Cold, purified air from the machine massages the face, oxygenating the skin and enabling a better absorption of 111SKIN active ingredients, during but also after the facial. Firm and fresh, skin is exfoliated with a double cleanse and left reduced in both inflammation and water retention.

Cryo Body tension release
The Signature Cryotherapy Swedish Massage treats specific areas of the body to alleviate pain, inflammation and speed up recovery from injuries. The cryogenically cooled air – cooled to a temperature of -30° – penetrates deep into the layers of tissue to improve circulation and blood flow along with a combination of stretches and Swedish massage. Designed to increase circulation and relieve muscle tension, the full-body treatment addresses areas of the body most prone to aches and pains, providing lasting relief and relaxation.

Cryo cellulite treatment
Stimulating microcirculation and the lymphatic system to improve the appearance of cellulite, this treatment helps to ease and soothe tired legs and achy muscles while contouring the silhouette. A quick fix treatment that can be incorporated into any other therapy, the Cryo Cellulite Treatment combines our Cryotherapy Machine and Pro Cellulite Gel to target clustered cells that require drainage. Following this, a bespoke massage is used to stimulate vasodilation, bringing fresh nutrients to the specific area.

Designed for male skin, this treatment focuses on reducing puffiness, controlling oil production, and refining texture through the use of purified, chilled air from a cryotherapy machine. Suitable for men of all ages and skin types, it results in a softer, brighter and polished complexion.
